BA53 Thermonuclear Bomb

Based upon the Mk-53 "hydrogen" bomb, the BA53 was carried inside the two-component pod under the Convair B-58 Hustler. With a yield in the megaton range, the BA53 fit into the upper pod's component. The lower component carried fule and was jettisoned before the bomb was released.
